In order to ensure the quality, low costs, and the integrity of our service, we require that businesses and individuals obtain an AVS membership. There is no charge to become an AVS member. You will be charged only for the use of AVS services. However, we must verify that prospective members have a permissible use for AVS Services. Click on the link to obtain the membership application. Upon completion, fax, email, or send via regular mail the signed Membership Application, along with the appropriate documents, to AVS.

After receipt of the AVS Membership Application, an AVS Client Representative will contact you and set up your AVS Membership Account. Note, after receipt of the AVS Membership Application and all the appropriate documents, it may take AVS one (1) to three days (3) to process the membership application and set up the AVS Membership Account.
